Your holidays here with us at Astergut are amiable, genuine and wonderfully relaxing. The unique location on the mountain – in summer surrounded by lush meadows and fields of colourful alpine flowers, and in winter nestled among the sparkling snowy landscape – ensure your well-being.


Cordiality, hospitality and a love for the homeland are second nature to us. On arrival we’ll greet you personally in order to afford you a relaxing reception.


All special features in the boutique apartment, such as the special sleep system by “Wellinno”, which ensures a relaxing sleep, use of the soothing Swiss pine sauna as well as the large flatscreen TV in the separated billiards room, will be presented to you personally. Feel just like at home during all of your holidays and we will be delighted to be on hand with help and advice.

In the centre of the natural paradise

Astergut is located in the heart of beautiful Glemm Valley. Surrounded by divine alpine nature, here you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding alpine world, far into the idyllic valley head. For the turn of the year, the snow groomer show at Turmwiese meadow and the view of the great fireworks are very special highlights.

Our son Josef runs the popular “Turmfalke” umbrella bar in winter, right next to Astergut. The short distance allows you to safely store your skis in the dedicated ski storage after your last downhill run, and then enjoy the view from the unique sun terrace at the Turmfalke into the wonderfully lit valley, with a tasty sundowner.

In summer, impressive views of the surrounding alpine meadows can be enjoyed. The cows on our own farm enjoy the fresh air and the warm rays of the sun. And this peace and relaxation seems to be infectious – there is nothing better than enjoying the tranquillity on the mountain. Those who want to be active can get to the most popular bike and hiking trails in just a few minutes – perfect for shared moments in crystal-clear mountain air!

Our family

Hosts out of passion

We, Maria and Hans Breitfuß, together with our family run the Astergut, as well as the boutique apartment and alpine farm. We have strong roots in Glemm Valley and the estate going back many generations, and love sharing the beauty and love of nature with people from across the world.

Our two sons Hansi and Josef run our farm together in summer. Hansi looks after the animals all year round and also manages the go-kart track in Glemm Valley in the summer months. Josef can be found in his “Turmfalke” during winter. He has also taken the beautiful landscape photos, which leave an indelible mark on the ambience of our holiday rental.

Both sons and their families have deep roots with our estate and homeland, and together work for a future with strong family ties.
