Arrival and departure <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Astergut Boutique Apartment in Saalbach in Austria is available for you on your day of arrival, following thorough cleaning, from 4 pm. We kindly ask our guests to check out by 10 o\u2019clock at the latest on their day of departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Local tax & Final cleaning <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The apartment price is exclusive of local tax, \u20ac 2.00 per person (from 15 years) per night, and exclusive final cleaning, \u20ac 230.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apartment service bookable at any time for a fee.
With a weekly booking ONE apartment service is free of charge!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Cancellation conditions <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The following cancellation conditions apply:
up to 3 months before arrival \u2013 no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before arrival \u2013 40 %.
1 month to 1 week before arrival \u2013 70 %.

The Astergut is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the outdoor area, where ashtrays are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Corona regulations <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All Corona-regulations are implemented in Astergut in all conscience. Regular cleaning of the publicly accessible areas, daily airing of the premises as well as keeping distance and observing the hygiene rules, is a matter of course for us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Live barrier-free <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The lift and the well-conceived design make the entire building, including apartment, barrier-free. Thus, there is nothing in the way of a relaxing and comfortable holiday anymore!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turmfalke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Turmfalke, run by our son Josef, is located just 50 metres from Astergut \u2013 right by the piste. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere all day long, including on the large sun terrace. Those who want can indulge in a drink after dinner, watch the snow groomers at work and enjoy the incredible view of the entire alpine world. The perfect end to a perfect day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Go-kart track Saalbach \u2013 open only in summer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The go-kart track in Saalbach is run by our son Hansi, and is regarded as a true highlight for the whole family. The 6.5 HP strong go-karts ensure maximum driving enjoyment on a 370-metre-long track. Children taller than 1.40 metres can take part, helmets are included in the price. Don\u2019t forget the JOKER CARD \u2013 we are a Bonus-Partner!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Troadkasten in Hotel Sonnleiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For those who want to indulge in culinary treats, we recommend the Troadkasten \u2013 a traditionally nice restaurant in Hotel Sonnleiten, within easy reach even without car and just a five-minute walk away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


Horse-drawn sleigh tours \u2013 Lindlingalm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A horse-drawn sleigh tour before the breathtaking mountain backdrop of Hinterglemm valley head \u2013 here you can enjoy the romantic winter scenery to the fullest. On the rustic Lindlingalm, regional treats and delicious beverages are waiting. A pleasure trip for all the senses!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Hintermaisalm in Hinterglemm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The rustic lodge on Zw\u00f6lferkogel is especially to our liking, thanks to its rustic flair. The alpine lodge is open in summer as in winter and is family-run \u2013 host Sabine has a love for detail, which is noticeable both in the menu as well as in the decoration and the entire ambience. Our tip: Please pass on our best regards \u2013 & but don\u2019t pass up the fluffy Kaiserschmarrn!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Alte Schmiede in Leogang<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cAlte Schmiede\u201c on Asitz Mountain has an ambience reminiscent of a museum \u2013 we particularly like the interior with its cosy design here. Enjoy the local dishes here at 1,760 metres altitude \u2013 with its unique charm and the wonderful view, we recommend the BBQ rump steak from Salzburg bull!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Forest wellness on Reiterkogel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A forest more than 200 years old and located more than 1,700 metres up \u2013 the perfect place for all those who want to enjoy peace and relaxation. The local artists, who built the various stations from wood, have succeeded in creating a wonderful symbiosis \u2013 the yoga platforms, the library, the hammocks and the option of ordering your own picnic basket at the Reiteralm make the visit a special experience \u2013 for us time and again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The City of Salzburg<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We love the wonderful city of Mozart \u2013 not just as an \u201calternative program on rainy days\u201d. In brilliant sunshine, the old buildings, gardens and attractions show off their very best side. In addition to famous Getreidegasse Street, the birthplace of Mozart, we like visiting Hohensalzburg Fortress, the Haus der Natur Natural History Museum and the Mirabell Gardens!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
